We offer 7 day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer.  We DO NOT offer returns on custom work or special orders.  Please call customer service at 540-989-8001, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 days of arrival date.  All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
